@Bopit Chapter 5 onwards, go to the spot where you first meet/fight Morag, make sure you have 10 Core Crystals on you (any type). You'll get Praxis. Get her affinity to level 4 and do the Blade-Sharp Memory quest that starts in Ureya port.
