its just so random how you get him

i equip a luck+20 item and draw 2 5crowns out of like 15 pulls

at least one of every element

i have every element except light in my group, once i get that 3rd slot i can have all of them active

it basically requires bringing Poppi up to level 4 affinity or spending 100k

none of my other blades have an affinity thing in all the potencial spots

she also has a unique thing interaction with a thing you unlock later

shes a cool blade though

you also have to fight unique creatires to level some of her skills
