But I thought they liked making games
Valve could make any game, and it'd be one of the top 10 in sales that year
I'm not sold of VR, but if they are and are secretly developing huge VR games, great

You know this isn’t the first non valve portal game made right. There’s a couple of free ones on Steam, and to get on steam they needed valves blessing

Also valve, or at least their employees are kind of scared of the expectations of hl3 and have said they don’t know what to do to live up to the hype atm.
They also have an odd internal structure for working on projects
