which makes them really useless

the fact that quests jump into different level areas and you can unintentionally do/kill the end point of a quest in the early level areas, the start of which is in higher level areas

theres a reason most games have unkillable npcs

that is just if you are trying to minmax the quests imo

it seems like you can overlevel really easy

i mean its more than npcs

but form a story perspective it sucks

theres enemy encounters that are the end point of quests lower level than the quest starting point
