which ever is more important or usefull

or if they're both useless (normally in mid to lategame) just pave over them with something else
that makes sense
building bonuses are far better than the dual gain

i tend to try, at the very least, focusing a planet on one primary output
though that also is a bit more mid to late game
i should do that, but i always forget that's a thing you can do
early is more take what you get
