well they had ideas of synth civs being able to join the ai rebbelion or at least be neutral. they just didnt have time to implement those ideas

well anyway, after vassalizing and integrating cuckroaches and another secret custom empire of mine, i now finally have an actual loyal vassal

the other 2 hated me and the cuckroaches almost destroyed my empire from the inside

I've never not had a vassal not end up loving me shortly after taking them over

well that's because those first 2 vassals were fanatic killers

though

devouring swarm and purifiers don't like being controlled by aliens

could use a good old fasion PURGE
