they had a lesser fleet stationed at a base so i just moved to a nearby colony of theirs so they'll follow my fleet into a less convenient fight for them

they surrendered way before i had the war score needed to conquer them

and the first ai I met also didnt untill shortly after i met them, a popup claiming thier ethics shifted apeared and then I could see thiers

thier ethics still aren't showing up on this one ai

in both the contacts list and thier communications window

enclave stations show ethics tho

I can see my own also

mods probably broke it

I dont have a mod that edits that

ui mod is gone

it crashed the game

even so

and now the honorable warriors that i couldn't see the ethics of have shifted to peacefull federation builders
