I bought a pro controller
The era of the joycon is soon to be over

so why a pro controller over a gamecube controller?
becasuse input lag
acting like gamecube controller is objectively superior
from what i remember
didnt the gamecube contrrollers for switch
have input lag
wired pro controllers are the ones I know about having extra lag
if there was significant lag for the gamecube adapter it would probably be less widely used
and I wasn't trying to say gamecube controller is necessarily better
I just prefer it because my pro controllers keep breaking
