I get Gullivers pretty regularly
i've seen wisp 3 times
but have only had 2 Wisps
granted, I should play more at 2AM I guess
or whenever he's out
after 9 pm probably
10PM - 5AM according to google

if its not about flowers you might want to place furniture instead of shrubs
it would just feel odd to have a huge flower garden and no shrubs everywhere
