they dont always have the same fruit as yours
i got peaches from a random island
i've gone to 6 or more and always gotten apples and hyacinths
It is always my fruit and I have been to like 30 islands
maybe there is a super rare one that has different fruit idk
ive gotten oranges before
all ive gotten is pears
only rare islands ive had are fish island, with exotic breeds of hyacinths, and bamboo island
