My guess for Umbreon is North of Flagstaff, maybe Page county area
pika shinys can only be the super strong pokemon from certain dungeons
so its not normal chances
I read more, turns out you need the friend bow
Shiny spawn chances feel like 5%, on the rare Pokemon spawns
Which spawn 1-5 times, per dungeon they're in
oh i thought it was just normal rates for getting the strong spawns
Just my experience, in the dungeons I've gone through I'd see 3 boss mobs on average
i have seen the rapidash once
in 2 or 3 times through that dungeon
