Well, from what? Togekiss is weak to ice and indeedee should die in at most 2 hits from most of its attacks. Being susceptible to intimidate and burn are the only real weaknesses I see

rockslide being super effective might be part of it
Icicle crash/flare blitz/rock slide/u-turn or superpower with a scarf or band
or punches instead of the innacurate icicle crash and the self damaging flare blitz
The power output is considered more than worthwhile in singles
