And the gen 3 trumpet music was great
The remakes made it worse
see when you talk about music
i cant seriously call all of gen3 good
5 has a really good range of music
4 has a lot of the best atmosphere setting stuff
3 has a lot of 🎺
and that trumpet was good
8 has a lot of 🐺
Gen 5 has a lot of half-ambient tracks, mostly stuff I don't want to listen to outside of the game
5 has a lot of good tracks, but a lot of stuff that's just eh
4 is for sure the best at setting the mood (imo)
Most every gen 4 tracks, routes particularly were satisfying to hear
HGSS has great music
Other games will have them peter off or loop too soon to be interesting
apparently the LGPE music is great
ds era had best music in general
