was Comfey used in competitive?

I have seen it put in work in ou, I think life orb or pixie plate calm mind worked well with its ability
It out-priorities greninja, kills most dragons, carries hp ground for heatran, and can beat most offensive threats after they've been chipped down
i guess in singles it not having moonblast isn't a huge deal

if this thing was in gen 8 it would get the pollen puff move which would let it have a healing move that also works as a relatively high damage attack

tailwind + slush rush makes for good speed, not sure if it has the same killing power as draco though
if arctovish got storm drain instead of water absorb it would hard counter dracovish
