No, excadrill is just a good mon

I liked using the spdef set with mold breaker
won't he die to dracovish in one shot if he loses the speed war?
The most common ones were sand rush sd and scarfed mold breaker

i think excadrill will almost always win with speed against dracovish
Drill is much faster

Giving weather abilities to the fossils is bizarre
though you could sand rush it to try to beat excadrill
