Okay, after a prolonged evaluation I have decided that shield dog and eternatus do have good uses in ubers

But eternatus has a lot of hp and okay defenses, it gets recovery and toxic (which never misses when poison types use it), special attack is good and it's fast

It also gets toxic spikes, which will shake up ubers quite a bit

How good will mew be? Really good with the dex cuts, still decent without them

It gets access to spikes and tspikes now

apparently the default ruleset for online battling doesn't use dynamax so I wonder if that will be relevant in non vgc
