DQ 1-3 was also released onto the 3DS in JP only

11 of course, 8 or its remake are the most popular, 9 was one of the best selling DS games in japan ever, 7 is pretty good, 4 is where green hair is from
those are the ones I'd call the "best"

dq2 is about the descendent of erdrick going to stop a wizard from summoning a demon
there's got to be a game that deals with that since i doubt DQB2 makes up lore to reference

Malroth is the big demon summoned in dq2
but he is only the final boss
he doesnt exist till then
then whoever the summoner of him is, i forget
the whole plot of DQB2 revolves around this lore
Hargon is the guy who made the dream world
