ok apparently you need to progress to a certain point in DQB2 before you can do online, and then its just you playing in the hosts's save file
unlocking online will probably take a couple hours for brand new saves and maybe an hour for me since i finished the tutorial and have played the first one before
i'll get to that point tomorrow and make an estimate

2ds long edition
DQB2 physical release comes with a reversible box art and a dlc code for stackable slimes
looks like you have to beat the first island to unlock online multiplayer, and i've only just gotten to the first island...
my estimate was very off
maybe 5 hours instead of 1
this game is so much better than the first one
and the first one was great
you can pet the dog

I've beaten the first island finally,how is everyone else doing? Kappa

im going ot wait till tomorrow since it takes a bit
i doubt spooky has started either
it took me awhile because i took my time, you canprobably do the first island in like 5 hours if you don't try to make it pretty
this game is so massive
you have to do teraforming on island 0 after you beat island 1 before you can play coop online
