I saw it, but I don't get the rules they're going by
puff wins becuase there are no rules against stalling and they have the lead
its not possible for ICs to do anything on that stage because puff can circle camp them
some people think puff should lose any game that goes to timeout for this reason
or, and hear me out, people should accept that jigglypuff has a unique ability to run clocks out and that is one of the perks of playing the character
aka get good scrubs
it is a perk but it makes the game awful
