Rusp doesn't use projectile characters, he uses such honorable close-ranged fighters such as lucas, ness, and k-rool
I played Ness one time
yeah with those close range attacks such as PSI Freeze and PSI Flash
And I try to avoid spamming

Who uses that offensively
I only use it to launch myself at people

You use it to juggle

same with freeze/flash
