I think 5 is a likely pack size if it is the standard 5 dollar price
all the 5 new characters get new music, stages, and assets, formulas, new everything
echos they just need sounds recorded, small asset/animation tweaks, and texture changes
that is still quite a bit of work, plus nintendo likes money
5 or 5 seems too low

why give a pack of 6+ when they could charge the same for less and people would still buy it
like 10 for 20
