If your going to get skyrim, which may or may not be worth it, I'd get the normal over the special edition
but the dlc is another $45
Legendary Edition isn't available anymore
Special edition doesn't have the same level of mod support and Bethesda is rolling out their paid mod micro transactions, that if is anything like fallout 4, they going to preload gigabytes of data onto your machine for thing you haven't paid for yet
Also none of said paid mod micro transactions on fallout 4s side are worth the price yet, and every time they update it breaks most mods like the very important and relied upon script extender
you can't get it on steam anymore, so here
or pay $20 more for a probably bad port
Honestly if they said hey give up on rolling out said paid mods to special edition it might be worth it. Because people are trying to port the normal mods over still, at least last I saw
but the graphics mods make it look better than the special edition

Skyrim isn't really the best rpg. It's an ok action slashy sneaky game I guess
