i'm in electrical engineering, of course i've used one
I figured
no clue what that is
anyone have experience with an arch height index measurement system?
doin a science project with one
i've been fitted for running shoes before
thats it
theres a diference
oh do you ru much?
i was varisty XC and Track in high school
16:42 5k
51.9 400M
didnt do mile?
i did but i was better at mid
solid spread though, ever consider throwing?
4:50
no hurdles either
was thinkin about decath
I am a lazy asshole who has done nothing. I know, impressive my dudes
i injured myself my senior year and didn't get a chance to do anything cool
im currently running indoor as a sophomore
but im pure distance
i got a 2:02 800 indoor
although my coach is being a dick and wont let me run the 2 mile
2:02 is solid
the 2 mile is torture indoor
16 laps
i got the same time outdoor
because of my injury
i know thats states for indoor
at least in my state
not in illinois
that was 7th
in conference
what was state cut?
auto qualify was probably 1:55ish
really?
illinois must be insane
it is
I went for a walk once
got lost
i got lost on a couple runs my freshman year
i never got lost, i just intentionally went on random adventure runs and dragged one poor soul along so i wasnt technically running alone
this was back when i was too slow to keep up with the pack
i have some pretty big scars on my legs from prickers from run
oh same
last year i ran a 7 flat coming into indoor, improved, but next fastest guy that i actually liked to run with ran a 5:30
but one guy was nice enough to slow down a little so i could sprint for 3 miles to talk, then die the last 2
i was doing 5:30 in pe to get the mile runs over with
and 7:00 was the training pace for XC
unless we we're recovering or resting
you use VDOT or naw?
i don't know what that is
is it chips?
just a scale
sets paces for different stuff based on pr in different events
oh probably
google jack daniels vdot calculator
i gotta go tho
back to midtem studying ):
beh potatos
I like how my lab is a bunch of shit I have never heard of
