Death dominated the arena though

it was death and fire

Fire was just a slightly less strong more accurate lightning

Fire had good zone clear

Death was basically 100% hit rate with lowish damage

I think there was a thing where you could learn spells from classes you weren’t

yeah, you could multiclass

I just remember waiting forever to get one that gave you a triple buff

which, if you were smart, you'd just pick 1 class

instead of what some people did, and pick tier 1 spells from everyone

I picked death and mostly used it

I maxed out death

Then went a little into ice

balance was the absolute worst
