I don't think that's "morally" anything

I think a name, by its stated purpose
should be pronouncable and common
I thin that's the point
of th ethings we call ourselves
in our society
but then where does individuality go?
I am still looking for what names they used
in everything else?
that's why there ar a lot of names
you shouldn't have a 1-of-a-kind name
And connor
so i should just look at a list of preset names that i can choose from that someone else told me is fine?
I can't tell you how many times I've heard "Nguyen" pronounced incorrectly
i've known many ricks and chrisses in my life
and it was hilarious and confusing each time
where do you think names come from?
Yes because no one want the name Dahguwjoaiyybeiejebd
honest
nguyen is impossible
To come out of their mouths
to pronounce
noyen
that's where names come from
it's from other names
yep
It's "wen"
or derrivatives of names
That's it
Not "nug-ew-yen"
i only know people made a big deal about nguyen when the flappy bird thing got viral
DONT DELWTE FLAPPY BIRD
YOU CANT GET IT BACK
so where is the problem with 1 of a kind names? you are okay with the changing of some names, while not for others? where is the logical consistency?
Okay Connor I will name my son Nigtard
So he is an individual
Nigurd
Do you approve
Connor, if it's just for the convenience of knowing how to pronounce a name because it's familiar to you, it's a legitimate reason
by one of a kind, i don't mean wholly unique, but shit like Elon Musks kid
even you have to think that's too far
ANY reason is a legitimate reason for someone's own company
even though I like the guy, and think he has a right to name his kid that
it's not normal
the thing about elon musk's kid is that the kid is gonna hate it when he grows up
and I don't think it's wrong to mock the kid for it
yeah, i can agree that the name is weird, but should i hold a prejudice because of the name he has?
idk
I still doubt he's going through with that name
the answer is no, connor
"prejudice"
He's smart enough not to
what does that word mean to you
Don't conflate "pre" with "post", mind you
Connor you didn’t answer
Young Nigtards life is in your hands
alright then "post"judice
I equate it to biggotry
and rusp
which maybe I shouldn't
My beloved baby boy
but that's what the word means imo
My blessed son Nigtard
the problem isnt in the name itself, but the meaning behind the name.
What meaning
You mean he can’t be an individual?
"In the wake of Trayvon Martin, we
had a seminar dealing with authority. And that’s something that I was told by a black guy at
Goldman Sachs to remove from my résumé because of how controversial it could look… I
guess it just goes to show you, like, that I very much embraced that idea that, to get ahead,
some parts of our race need to be only talked about at certain times. Some parts of my racial
identity need to be squashed or held back."
I found this part funny
Just blame the jews connor
Goldman sachs is behind it
if rusp said nigtard came from another language and it means something like "hope" or something, it would be fine
is that what connor is saying
I get the feeling that to you a lot of things are an untouchable topic
I don't think someone is worthy of death for their name, but they sure as hell aren't above ridicule
I hope so
the ridicule should go to the people that gave the names tbh
i can agree to that
But it means Hope
especially if it's someone who changed their names legally
it's still their name though
see every crime comes down to mens rea and actus reus
same with scars, I don't care that cancer gave you a scar
