i think that there is systemic racism, but its not as simple as some people would think. we've gotten rid of all the simple problems that black people face. there is no more slavery, black people can eat at the same restaurants, go to the same schools. but the main systemic problems that black people face are the amounts of redlining that has been done to hurt black communities, the amount of black people that are predisposed to poverty. The fact that it can be harder for some black people to get jobs because of their name, even if they have the exact same qualifications. Also how as a white man i can go up to a police officer and ask for directions if i am lost or something. I am pretty sure a black man could of course do that, but they still have that fear that if they make one wrong move, one slight mistake, it could cost their life. They shouldn't have to live like that. i guess it devolved into less of systemic racism, to more of just social racial oppression that i think sucks. anyways thanks for coming to my virtue signaling ted talk, go back to posting anime weebshit. bup

Saying it's harder "because of their names" I'm unsure on because I've never heard of that. But I will say that giant multi-national firms have to rely on sheer data to decide who to hire

And so if a certain number of people from x community aren't likely to turn a profit to the company, they'll be rejected if given an option from an equally qualified person in another area and so on

Look around you, look how the world actually functions, you see black people have hundreds of advocacy groups, politicians are constantly taking into consideration black issues, schools constantly venerate the unique struggle of black people in history

Just going off of your life alone, have you seen the racism? I'm not talking about a lack of black people in a field, I mean legitimate credible discrimination

i have only encountered a single racist all my life, when i was on a class trip through a city and an old man yelled N[REDACTED] like three times at a black classmate

The establishment are the ones telling us constantly that blacks have it bad and they need to take revenge on whites, meanwhile in the real world, it's whites that actually have all these hurdles in life
