You could get a pci expansion card with additional sd card slots if you have any spare space, alternatively a usb2 hub should be plenty fast

On my desk I've got 2 traditional computers, and then in my rack I've got 3 "servers"
the beefiest server is a proxmox box I use for virtualization
and I have a dozen VMs (fuck containers) that I just run cool stuff I find on Github
