lol i said decent, not perfect
I cut down my sleep needs drastically by making sure to hydrate excessively
The quarantine has fucked up my meals more than my sleep for sure
its messed up my hydration because my tap water tastes bad and I always used waterbottles filled at my job
That hits close to home
There are so many shitty water sources in the DC area
since all the (((treated))) water from the Chesapeake tastes like shit
Luckily most people are part of a non-shit water table, and can just have a well put in
not gonna lie, about like 5 years ago when my grandma moved in she said the tap water tasted funny, so thus began out water bottle buying
I've never understood the hate for water bottles
I get that they're "expensive" compared to tap water
but assuming you buy big packs at the store
a couple hundred dollars a year, for good tasting water
i got a water filter jug but it doesn't make enough of a difference for me to use it much
as soon as i stopped drinking tap water however, im sensitive to germs in the lakes
