and i still have no idea
It's hottest where I live
I feel like id have a chance, i did actual blacksmithing when i was a smol boy
gent says nigger a lot so he must be black
how about glass blowing instead
I think I would know how to form metal
That’s about it
I can make shitty spoons and stuff
how about just blowing
spooky would be down
Glass blowing is really cool
I'm so bad at it though
I had a chance to do it before and I didn’t want to because
I don’t remember why
Because it's gay
I have to enter the mind of 12 year old me
Honestly gent you’re probably right
I think the drawback is how much time all of this takes
I wish I would of had the chance to try smithing
Is you have to blow on a phallic object
They're fun hobbies
but when a single piece takes most of your weekend
it stops being as fun
In concept stuff like this is cool
In practice it’s long and grueling
Max, is Forged in Fire a complete meme now
I talked to some guys who were on the show, and all they did was rant about how it wasn't "pure" anymore
When did you meet people who were on the show
October/November
I can't remember exatcly when
He knows all the hollywood execs
I’m sure
He wanted to try mastering the blade and needed to find a good blacksmith
The guys who compete on the show are total rednecks, it's not like they're professionals or anything
at least, it used to be
I can't say I've watched the show in forever
Networks make it too hard to watch these kind of shows
DIY, Food Netork, HGN, AWE, etc.
From what ive learned from the show either swords are lame and would break after cutting like 2 peoples arms off, or its just a really hard art and all these rednecks are shit at it
idk sometimes you can watch it and
ill think "this guy isnt a blacksmith or anything of the sort"
sometimes it feels like its paid actors now
which would make sense since uh
That's what this guy was ranting about
yeah
it was more about on-camera presence, when they were casting
it's the same problem that the TV game show Jeopardy has
really qualified people, have to take acting lessons, before they're let on the show
an actual sword would take some effort to break
speaking of jepardy
sad northernlion never got accepted
A shitty sword becomes a offbalanced club after a few swings
swords where never super sharp
A shitty sword becomes a handle after a few swings
you could hold the blade and not be cut
You can do that with knives
It's the sliding action that breaks skin
I would know
you could probably slide on a normal sword and not cut unless it was just sharped or something
most swords where thick so they would be sturdy
I’m going to make a sword specifically created to be great at mordhauing
The zweihander
So basically a long complicated club
My sword will have 10 pommels
so I can get that achievement
END HIM RIGHTLY
LMAO
throw thy pommel brave knight
I'm so sad that game never went on a deep sale
Unless you're going into a 500 v 500 man war, use a rapier
so that more of you fags could have picked it up on Steam
which game
mordhau
Good game, probably worth its $30
but on a deep sale, it would be a steal for $10
sadly never went that low
My computer probably would not have been able to handle it
It would be a waste for me
Also we would’ve probably only played it a single time
Or a very short amount of time
