I had them colour coded

I only did it so that I could easily figure out what colour I could give someone that was distinct if they asked for green etc

just use types again

and they have to earn their own role

if theyre active they can get a role

if not theyre just a type

that way we don't get 1000+ roles of inactive people

I am fine with everyone having a unique colour role
