We have some limits on what you can set off in DC... for obvious reasons

most of the netherlands is major cities

there are a ton of regulations for fireworks all over the US, but there are no regulations limiting it to days of the year I believe

maybe bans on specific days

most of those are banning types of Mexican fireworks though

i guess i should rephrase

if you pack your own, most laws are A-OK with whatever

city ordinances are another thing, but those are just small fines if they catch you having fun

they can't really stop you from using fireworks if they can't catch you do it, but they do regulate the sale of fireworks

all fireworks are banned in Illinois

i guess professional licenses are used for the shows we get
