rebooting doesn't even fix this anymore
installing windows updates fixed it, so i guess either windows is intentionally creating memory leaks to force updates, or its storing updates in the ram and pagefile without recording it in the Task Manager
both are stupid
i think they changed the fonts in the windows update because everything looks wrong now
and this is in every application, not just discord
I'd try resetting everything in your Nvidia control panel
I've had that happen before, oversharpening like you have or undersharpening to create a blurry mess
i enabled cleartype in the windows font settings
