i have googled this and tried every memory leak fix i could find related to windows 10

updated gpu drivers, ethernet drivers, windows update in general, disabled memory caching between startups

try a basic windows with unupdated drivers?

like run it on a drive or partitoned hardrive

see if its new drivers?
