it works for me
with the same controller
He's tried it on 2 emulators so far
i just downloaded bizhawk, paired a controller to my pc and it worked first try
rebooting did not work
try reconnecting the controller?

rebooting or changing it might of disconnected it
by reconnecting i mean make your PC forget about it then redo the setup
emulators always disconnect something if you do something

turning on steam makes the controller do things to the emulators

the things it does are random
