Isshin Phase 1 is a combination of moves and sword techniques youve seen across the game

at faster and more mastered levels

Hence the title sword saint

you can see "mastered" forms of other techniques

with the most notable and easy to see being the ichimonji

but others you can tell if you pay attention

the shurikin swipe move helps

I didn't find the shinobi tools fun for bosses

because i was essneitally fire crackers or shuriken

and it really wasnt

"fun" to play that way

Especially for the final boss

I wanted to beat him of my own accord

not chease hiim with something

i only used the shuriken

ever

i tried using the shinobi tools as little as possible

there was a few fights where i used them tho

like i used the axe on the second to last boss when he used the mortal blade

i used the firecrackers on the monkey

i used the axe on the monk to

monk is the easiest boss in the game

or one of them

if you take out 2 bars immediately

i hated the fake one

the monkey was hard my first playthru but in my second it was easy af, like first try

because everything else- the confetti wasn't needed

I didn't think you could parry the monkey

so I treated it like a darksouls boss
