I think that more has to do with the cost of uni here rather than than the loan interest

I know from looking at uni, cc was about 4k/year for full credit load, low level uni was 14k, mid range 20k, and like, state University 30k

No, there are people who live 50 mins away by bus, but that is a vast minority
