@Rusp So your eidolon gains a number of points each time it levels up. You have 4 points since it's level 2. You can put those points into evolutionary features, which are listed on the eidolon page.

Every time it levels up, you can remove its old evolutions and spend the points on something different I believe

So don't worry about saving up evolution points, you're not locked into the choices you make
