I learn things but struggle in certain ways that prevent me from doing well

i do the rare thing of doing the test based off my memory on the subject Kappa

those tests are there to test you, not your ability to copy what the person next to you is doing

So like I understand how fluids move and how much an atom weighs, but if I forget to convert something or an equation suddenly I have a zero

I don't think there's a single test I didn't cheat on in HS

I don't want a test to decide my future

I understand concepts not equations

All the stuff I get wrong is just me forgetting equations that would be available to me if I could use my notes

10% of school you will forget and never use. 20% is stuff you will never use unless you want a good job. 60% is stuff you will only use once in your life. and the remaining will be stuck with you for your whole life yet useless

that's also a flaw school has

you only have to memorize stuff for tests

not actually learn the things for life

lol only about 30% of learning is actually for your job
