Gen 1 and 2 are just too....old for me to like the originals at all

gen 1 is the worst gen, 2 is actually decent

tbh, the best games in the series are fire red and the gen 2 remakes

platinum would be great if the engine wasn't so slow

5 is probably the generation I played the most, hard to argue with gen 2 or 4 having the best pokemon though

i mean i liked DP but Plat was fantastic

fire red/ ruby (roughly the same time), diamond, black, heartgold, xy, oras, sun/moon

But, how much of a difference is there between DP and Platinum?
