Its not that they should pay higher rates, its that they should not have loopholes to pay less

the last test leg posted seems to be the best, and the first test seems to be the next best

middle test, while allowing for neutral, seems quite a bit off with the quality of questions

It is a non issue, and I do not care

I don't really care abiut drugs

but if the government makes them illegal it just causes problems

Well some things should be illegal like things that actually hurt a person

I think the best way to deal with that is to make really good rehabilitation facilities

and make them easily accessable

that would work

so instead of spending government money on fighting drugs, they spend it on rehabilitation

Still need to spend money on taking down meth labs and what not though

But that really just comes to properly funding the police
