Should be funded to a degree of what is needed in the workforce proportionally. Make it so stem gets a lot, but only the best applicants for thinks like philosophy and writting get a lot of free help

Anything tech related will probably have jobs, stem for stems sake I can get behind if it is being pumped into research
but for that to work for stem, we would need to fix the publishing culture first
