the main issue of racism in america is rules and regulations that target the black subculture instead of explicitly the skin color. Considering the black-subculture isn't making any advancements in anything except gun violence and gangs, the animosity towards their culture seems justified to me. "Uncle Tom"s are the successful black folks who have escaped the oppressive subculture and are despised for "giving in" to white culture
