i have 4 starter decks

starter decks are really crap generally

too many pokemon groups and too few trainer cards

it's still a useable deck

not when you draw 6 2nd or 3rd tier pokemon

then you get to mullegen

until you get a 1st tier

that only applies to the starting hand karp

The smaller pile is all energy

so you can play but your decks are probably super underpowered because current cards are balanced completely differently

The last time I got new cards was sometime during gen 4
