The only fun part of terraria for me is early game caving

everything else is not fun, grinding is not fun, killing the same enemy over and over again to get rare loot is not fun

like you go caving for ores, but that isn't too grindy

and you usually don't need to kill a boss more than 3 times or so
Terraria used to be alright in the early days. But ever big update made it slightly worse
if you are on hardmode
