so take the original equation

mutliply it by 4 since you have 4n2 in equation a

and i dont like fractions

then add 4 h20 to both sides

I should just send you my university chem notes, probably better than your hs notes tbh Kappa

you now have 4n2h4 + 4o2 + 4h2o on the left and 4n2+ 12 h2o on the right

you can use equations b and c in reverse for the left side

use 3 of equation c and 1 of equation b to set up for equation a

adding water to both sides is how you solve redox reactions

this also leaves 9h2 and 4.5o2 which sets up for equation d

and it all simplifies down to the right side

mainly because my grade 12 teacher was fucking retarded
