Your paper should consist of three parts. 
1.    Present an interesting puzzle.
2.    Propose a solution to the puzzle. Theories from the class provide a good source for solutions, but you can also propose your own theories. [If you do propose your own theory, or if you unsure of what a good theory might be, be sure to talk to me or Ms. Rury before getting too far on the paper.]
3.    Gather evidence to determine whether the proposed explanation is correct or not. Your evidence should be publicly available – if you are unsure of whether your evidence fits that requirement, talk to us. The important thing is determining of the evidence supports of refutes the theory – do not worry if it refutes your theory, that is perfectly OK.
