i assume it's also hacked along with some of the other random legends I got
i don't think dream pokemon could be shiny

the gen 1 legendaries with HAs were all event exclusive until now
if they release gen 2 on VC then HA Hooh will be available
remember the robot opponents in the Gen 5 pokestar studios?
