the very last scene was stupid but the rest was good story telling

It could of gone a bunch of different ways to make it better but still sad

How about he sacrifices his life but gets the killer killed

Or it could be a happy ending if you wanted

It could of been his destiny to use his power to sacrifice himself to stop the killer

the whole point of the car thing was that the killer failed to get his revenge properly
