SD would also make sense
Their partner list suggest that Unreal 4 will support Switch
They look like theyre sticking with the 3ds cartridge design, so your game wont really be on the system
Tho I though they had kinda hit the limit of what those carts could hold
This is a different cart design
I mean, itd have to be
Its gotta hold up to like 45-60gb
Since they are also trying to not kill the 3DS
are the specs out?
Not officially
Dev Kit supposed specs are out
Nintendo may optimize their games to no end to save space, but you bet your ass the normal devs arent gonna
Scroll up to see them
micro sdhc holds 128gb easily
they're on par with the xbone
I didnt think the current cartridges used sd card chips as the storage tho
Theyre gonna have to now
The new cartridge actually looks smaller than the 3DS carts :/
size is irrelevant for game data
yeah girth of data matters way more than size
People lose 3DS carts all the time
i buy most games digitally, hopegully memory upgrades are painless
yeah you just need to download a bigger hard drive
I just hope save files wont be stored on the cartridge :NotLikeThis:
they probably will be
Fu bot
http://puu.sh/rPvha/b6d2807496.jpg I have always wanted to mount my game system to the seat of a car chair
I only really use mobile things in the bathroom and when I am in bed
I wonder how theyre gonna fit 2 full control sets onto the controller
NotLikeThis
i didn't see the mount
thats cool
Because everyone wants to play mario kart in a car on a screen the size of my hand
That looks painful to play splitscreen
splitscreen is painful on any setup
its probably better in person
But is the switch vr announcement coming Kappa
although I haven't tried 4k split screen
But hey, at least you get to see that Mario Kart is bringing back 2 item slots from Double Dash
4k wont run split screen
for this thing maybe but in general you can do 4k split screen
Shigeru Miyamoto
Now that you don't have to sit indoors to play games on the Nintendo Switch you'll go outside more... r-right?
twitter.comDoes it come with a bodysuit covered in solar panels to keep it powered? Kappa
i get why they 'switched' back to a xbox style control layout, but i liked the wii u one
It actually comes with a Wii fitness board that allows you to power it by doing Yoga
I think the better choice than making a handheld and console would be a handheld and phone
The real question tho...will it run pokemon GO?
Thats.. thats 1 thing
i hope not
A phone is handheld...
most phones don't have physical controls
you can get controls for your phone
I mean...it could
Ya, I see phone controllers all the time
I have litterally never seen one
I believe Logitech makes a good phone controller
I mean I already have a GPD XD so
if you're trying to mobile controlls, just get a 3ds
I want a 3ds that is also a phone
I also like the small, but obvious touch of being able to use any tablet with any dock
every spec is weaker than the ps4 and xbox one original releases, but not by terrible amounts
And while they show a more mature audience, I think they are still going for the casual audience too
yeah, they just need to make the hardcore gamers stop telling eveyone that nintendo is dead
But I am excited for this Mario 64 looking game
half the cores, half the ram, slightly lower gpu performance
hopefully the real thing is more powerfull
It probably will be slightly moreso
i'm guessing the price will be at least $350
Mhmm
It looks like you can do up to 4 full controllers on Switch, at least when docked
until smah is released on it, then there will be 8 player support
It could be 8 player already
that would be wierd, what games would actually use that
if it can handle 4 of those, then yes, 8 players technically
It has 2 sets of 4 lights
a coder could make their game read the halves as separate input devices
Nintendo's website is preventing me from zooming in on the images D:
