how to fix the game so its not pay to win:
make normal pokeballs unlimited, but pokemon can run away if you take too many attempts
make Great Balls and Ultra Balls available in the shop

Pokestops give you free stuff
They reset every 5 minutes
you have to find them
So i will never actually have issues with pokeballs
i do know of one near me, but of course i can't play it
I got one like right by my house
the hard limit of 100 coins per day really makes the game seem like a grind

But train stations seems more likely

As of the current version. Only in gym battles
But they plan to add pvp with your friends
